The We Are All Beautiful After 40 (WA2BA40) conference was inspired by a well-known Hair Health Specialist Sonia Mambru. Sonia wanted to create a platform in the community to address physical, mental, psychological, and social changes in the lives of women over the age of 40. Her vision was to create a space on a conference level to show women how to enhance their beauty, connect to resources that would improve hair, skin, nutrition, and mental health. Sonia specializes in hair health, Trichology, hair loss during menopausal and,medical conditions that affect over all wellness. In light of International Women's Day celebrated in the month of March Sonia collaborates with other community agencies, businesses, and organizers within the community to address the barriers and biases women face, and to support strategies that positively impact women's advancement, Sonia was inspired to share her talent, gifts, and abilities to support global communities in a conference setting for women and men over the age of 40.

Last year, Sonia collaborated with medical professionals from the DC Metro area and coordinated a dynamic conference event March 10, 2024 at North American University Conference Hall in Fairfax Virginia. To her surprise men and women attended and benefitted from the wealth of information, resources, and networking at this  conference. This conference helped women and men nationwide with featured guest physicians from Howard University and HU Adventist Healthcare physicians, celebrity "Wellolgist "Candice Camille, US Army Wounded Warrior MSG Retired Juanita Wilson, Dr. Baruch Ben Yehudah,  Antoine Holman is the Chief Development Officer of the American Red Cross National Capital & Greater Chesapeake Region more to develop personal character, receive education on personal health, mental health, wellness, physical fitness, personal appearance and internal wealth after the age of 40. This grand event was concluded with a magnificent, stunning fashion show to display how everyday life after 40 can be enhanced with colorful, vibrant fashion wear!

The WA2BA40 conference is back in 2025 by popular demand! It is public knowledge that our global population is living longer, and we want to ensure women and men are empowered and given the opportunity to influence the world around them in an impactful way.

The 2025 WA2BA40 second Annual conference will allow participants to actively engage with other participants, businesses, and professionals for one day. Join the DC Metro area's most talented Professional Hair Health Beautician & Hair Fashion Specialist Sonia Mambru, who has partnered with Frank Moreno publisher and writer of Mighty Magazine Fashion Network at their joint professional conference efforts to engage all women and women over 40. Sonia Mambru and Mighty Magazine want to impact women and men via mind, body, and soul allowing women to embrace their beauty, exercise the mind, and elevate life skills necessary for socioeconomic well-being. 

This conference will feature dynamic guests such as our Keynote Speaker President and CEO of the NABA,Inc. Guylaine Saint Juste, International Motivational Speaker Raz Patel, 61 year old Body Builder and Coach National IFFB Donna McGuinn, and International Fashion Designer who will do a model presentation Fashion Facts After 40!  We will have CANVAS art therapy onsite by Murials By Athena for attendees to experience image art. We will also have healthcare specialist and Medical Physician staff who will present facts on Andropause and midlife crisis for men. We will also have vendors, medical/vision/dental screening booths, onsite that will answer your inquires of all aspects of your life. This amazing conference will motivate, cultivate, celebrate, empower men and women from all over the state of Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C.!
